The concrete-filled steel tubular column is a new type of composite column.Because it is less used in structural design and lack of reference in structural design selection and analysis,through the study of the concrete-filled steel tubular column structural system used in residential seismic performance,this paper will provide basis for the future structural design selection and analysis.This paper comprehensively studies the seismic performance of the concrete-filled steel tubular column structural system,and models of composite column frame system,the composite column-the braced system,the composite column-the shear wall-the braced system and the composite column-the steel plate shear wall system were established.Next the seismic performance of each structural system under the effect of an earthquake of more than 8 degrees was analyzes.By comparing six variables,including the steel ratio of composite column,the height of floor,the height of the support,the size of section and the strength of concrete,the effects of these variables on the seismic performance of the composite column structural system by modal analysis,response spectrum analysis and time-history analysis were studied,respectively.Finally,the model of 60 m the concrete-filled steel tubular column-the steel plate shear wall structural system was established by using Perform-3D finite element software.Then this model with ordinary shear wall structure under the effect of more earthquake and analyzes the seismic performance of this model under rare earthquake were compared by Pushover and dynamic elastic-plastic time-history analysis method.Through a series of analytical studies,this paper obtains the applicable height of the concrete-filled steel tubular column structure system and the measures to increase the bearing capacity of the concrete-filled steel tubular column and to reduce the interlayer displacement of related structure system.Moreover,it is of great significance to promote the application of the concrete-filled steel tubular column in high-rise residential.
