In recent years,with the development of the community economy and the level of science and the adjustment of industrial structure,the society of our country gradually changed from traditional agricultural dominated to non-agricultural dominated.With the development of city,the contradiction of the agglomeration of population and the city planning,the backward of the infrastructure construction level is increasingly prominent,cause the "urban diseases" continue to spread which is lead by the "urban diseases",in order to deal with the bottleneck of the development of the city caused by"traffic jams",local governments are pushing for the use and the construction of underground space amain,especially in the subway construction.After 50 years of development,cause a large number of world problems of the subway construction have been conquered in our country,we have made a lot of remarkable achievements,but on the whole,because of the lack of technical skilled,engineering experience,technician and,management and the security risk management consciousness in china,the incidence of safety accident remains high.The study of 216 subway construction accidents from 2002 to 2016 which is made by Li Haoran[1]showed that in recent years,although the number of deaths per kilometer of subway construction continued to decline,the total number of accidents continued to rise.In the statistics of the safety accidents in the subway section,it is found that the proportion of safety accidents in the shield section is as high as 62%,much higher than that of the open cut and underground excavation.Based on the identification of the subway shield tunnel construction safety risk source on the combination of WBS-RBS,investigation,examination and other methods,the tunnel construction risk analysis,the risk list and the risk assessment are completed in the form of the establishment of WBS-RBS coupling matrix shield.At the same time,combined with the engineering case put forward the measures of risk,and through the evaluation of implementation and effect of the risk response measures to prove the effectiveness of risk management methods and countermeasures,research into a closed loop.It can comprehensively reflect the process of construction safety risk management of shield tunneling.The risk list of shield tunnel construction is identified by means of WBS-RBS coupling matrix and survey method,it has the characteristics of comprehensive coverage and wide applicability,and can provide the basic data for further theoretical research.At the same time,the investigation and assessment of current subway shield tunnel construction risk source is done by the design unit in china,but because of the design units generally work full,the risk investigation is not comprehensive and specific enough,the lack of experience and much difference in identification of risk sources of construction units,safety accident happened now and then caused by risk sources is not identification comprehensive.In this study,the risk source list for shield tunnel construction risk management of construction units provides a simple,comprehensive and easy to operate model,in order to identify the risks and take preventive measures.
