| The dye-sensitized solar cell(DSSC)as a new type of solar cell has been widely used since 90s of last century.The electrode(CE)as the main component of the battery has also been paid more attention.Generally,Pt is widely used as catalytic material on counter electrode CE because of its high catalytic activity and high efficiency.However,Pt is the best catalyst for the electrode,but Pt is precious metal,and its cost is high,which is not conducive to the expansion of commercial applications.In order to improve these deficiencies and expand the application of flexible electrodes in DSSC,this paper is devoted to the study of the flexible electrode materials for conductive polymers.The conductive polymer has some advantages such as low cost,easy folding and environmental friendliness.It provides some possibilities for the preparation and application of flexible solar cells,because of its advantages such as low cost,easy folding and environmental friendliness.The experimental scheme is as follows:(1)The synthesis conditions of the conductive polymer are optimized by repeated tests by the chronoamperometric method.Under this condition,four kinds of polymer materials such as PEDOT,PANI,PTh and PPy were synthesized and used as the electrode materials in DSSC.The efficiency of the tested battery was PEDOT(5.52%),PANI(4.8%),PTh(4.61%),and PPy(3.12%).(2)The cell efficiency and Pt of polymer electrodes are still different from that of electrode materials.In order to further improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of these four electrode materials in DSSC,the platinum electrode materials were synthesized by electrochemical method.PEDOT-Pt,PANI-Pt,PTh-Pt,PPy-Pt composite electrode materials were prepared by electrical test cyclic voltammetry,impedance Tafel,etc.,the efficiency was PEDOT-Pt(6.26%),PANI-Pt(5.79%),PTh-Pt(4.92%),PPy-Pt(4.22%).In order to compare the catalytic performance of the polymer electrode materials of chemical synthesis method of Pt,respectively PEDOT-Pt(6.02%),PANI-Pt(5.20%),PTh-Pt(4.80%),PPy-Pt(3.60%),the relative non Pt polymer electrode materials have different degrees of improvement.(3)PEDOT is superior to other polymer materials in terms of morphology,electrocatalysis and photoelectric conversion efficiency by comparison of the experimental results,.Therefore,further study of PEDOT materials,through the doping of transition metal ions,get PEDOT-M2+(Mn2+,Ni2+,Co2+,Cu2+)composite electrode materials,the efficiency is5.19%,4.81%,4.36%,3.78%,3.26%respectively. |
