As countries become more and more attention to the development of the marine area,various kinds of submersible has been developed and put into the deep sea.The sewage system is essential for submersible,submersible sewage are by the way of high pressure blowing,blowing high pressure may cause severe pressure pulsation resulting in high noise,bad for submarine concealment.In this paper,after summarizing and analyzing the development status of the submarine development and the sewage system,we design the hydraulic driven sewage pump used for deep-sea submersible compartments.The sewage pump consists of two single-rod doubleacting hydraulic cylinders and a double-rod double-acting hydraulic cylinder.Comparing with the traditional reciprocating piston pump,the working pressure and flow are more stable characteristics,it is very suitable for use in deep-sea submersible compartments in the discharge of the need for large pressure small flow occasions.The piston of the sewage pump is driven by the driving pump to do the reciprocating linear motion,and the mode of the sewage suction and discharge is carried out in the whole working period,the efficiency is improved.The main work of this thesis is as follows:Analysis of the design requirements,design the functional structure of the hydraulic pump preliminary.Determine the overall program,including the type of hydraulic drive pump,piston and piston rod structure and the design of the various parts of the seal structure.Through the UG software,establish the three-dimensional model of the hydraulic drive sewage pump and display the relationship between the assembly and the movement of the sewage pump intuitively.Calculate and check the size of the pump body structure of the hydraulic drive sewage pump;determine the piston rod size and then to check the stability of the piston rod,calculate the piston rod sealing friction pair,derive to promote the sewage pump work required by the pressure pump;check the strength of the connecting bolts of the pump body and the end cover.Analyze the performance of the hydraulic driven sewage pump.Analyze the movement law of the piston of the sewage pump,and analyze the buffering effect of the buffer mechanism and it can be concluded that it meets the requirements.According to the motion characteristics of the piston,the Bernoulli equation is used to deduce the characteristics of the suction and discharge pressure of the sewage pump in the whole working cycle,and provide the theoretical basis for the follow-up pressure and flow pulsation improvement.With the help of Fluent software,the design of the hydraulic drive sewage pump simulation,the establishment of the pump model and the grid will be set when the piston is moving grid.After the simulation,check the pressure change of the pump body in each time period and compare the pressure curve to verify the pressure variation characteristic deduced in Chapter 4.At the same time,analyzed the velocity of the sewage in the pump,and the jet and eddy current were found in the suction chamber;the velocity of the discharge chamber is stable,turbulence is also small,it is suitable for sewage discharge stability.
