With the accelerating development of urbanization in China,energy consumption has also increased year by year,of which building energy consumption occupies a considerable proportion.In northern cities in China,most of the winter heating uses centralized heating.In the face of increasingly serious energy shortages and environmental pollution caused by heating,cogeneration provides a new approach to energy saving and emission reduction in winter heating.The thermal power plant uses the steam that has been used by the steam turbine to perform heat supply to the hot users.On the one hand,it improves the energy efficiency of the thermal power plant,and on the other hand,it reduces the environmental pollution caused by the boiler heating.In recent years,with the development of cogeneration in the area of urban central heating,some problems have become increasingly prominent.The heat supply of heat source and urban pipe network construction in the initial stage of urban planning has been difficult to keep up with the development needs of the city.On the one hand,the idea of adding thermal power plants around the city to increase heat sources for urban heating is limited by the relevant national policies;on the other hand,it is difficult to increase the heating pipe diameter and excavate the original municipal heating pipe network in large areas.How to increase the heat supply capacity of the heat source and the heating capacity of the pipe network without changing the original heat source and heating pipe network in the city is an urgent problem."The new technology based on absorption heat exchange cogeneration central heating" can well solve this problem.The advanced and innovative nature of this technology is reflected in: the heat station uses the principle of absorption heat pump to fully exchange the water supply temperature of the primary net,increase the temperature difference of the water supply and return water of the primary net,and improve the transportation capacity of the municipal heating pipe network.Meanwhile,the utilization of absorption The heat pump fully absorbs the residual heat of the circulating water in the first station of the heat exchange in the thermal power plant,which is used to heat the primary water return water,increase the heating capacity of the thermal power plant,and further increase the energy utilization efficiency.This paper takes the above-mentioned problems in Zhengzhou’s current cogeneration system as the research background,and combines the“reconstruction of a large temperature difference absorption heat exchanger unit in a heat station”project in Zhengzhou City,and proposes the use of an absorption heat pump unit in Zhengzhou.A thermal power plant in the Central Plains district of the city will recycle heat from the circulating water to increase heating.Double-effect absorption heat pump,single-effect absorption heat pump,and large-temperature absorption heat pump are used to recover the waste heat of the power plant,and the cascade heating is used to return water to the primary network.In the optimization of the scheme,combined with the actual conditions of the thermal power plant,the parameters are set reasonably,and the minimum extraction volume for the heating of the thermal power plant is calculated by a trial algorithm,and compared with the traditional extraction heating.At the end of the thesis,the economic benefits are calculated and the feasibility of the scheme is obtained by calculating the investment recovery period.As far as Zhengzhou City is concerned,no thermal power plant has yet adopted this advanced technology for cogeneration reform.The research results of this paper provide a reference basis for the promotion of the“new technology based on absorption heat transfer cogeneration combined heat supply”in Zhengzhou thermal power plant.
