Since the beginning of this century,automobiles have gradually entered into ordinary families,and people's demands for cars have become more than just a means of transportation.The PEPS system,with its convenience and anti-theft characteristics,has been recognized by people,and has become the standard of medium and high-end models,and gradually transited to the general model.The independent research and development of PEPS system can effectively reduce the cost and speed up its application in ordinary cars.In this paper,the MC9S12G128 CLL chip of freescale is used as the main controller of the keyless system,and the software design of the PEPS system is completed based on the automatic code technology.In this paper,the structure and basic workflow of the keyless system are introduced,and the basic principle of low frequency localization is analyzed theoretically.Then the hardware circuit of low frequency transmission and high frequency receiver is designed,and the high and low frequency communication protocol and frame structure are studied.On this basis,based on MATLAB/Simulink simulation platform,the control function of the IMMO and power distribution module in the PEPS system was built,and the simulation model was established.On the basis of off-line verification,the controlled object model and control algorithm model are established on the basis of d SPACE real-time simulation platform,and the rapid prototype verification is carried out to verify the feasibility and reliability of the code.Using the Targetlink tool to generate the C code of the control algorithm model,using the PE function to generate the underlying driver code,and downloading they into the controller to improve the efficiency of the software development.Then a test model is established to verify the real PEPS controller.The test results show that the software design scheme can fully satisfy the functional requirements of the PEPS system.Finally,a serial Bootloader program is developed for MC9S12G128 microcontroller.The PC software is developed based on Lab VIEW,and the Code Warrior generated S19 files are sent to PEPS MCU through serial port communication.The Bootloader in the PEPS controller parses the content of the received S19 file and writes it into the Flash,thus realizing the online update of the user program.The test shows that serial Bootloader can stabilize program update and improve debugging efficiency.
