With the rapid and sustained development of China's economy,the number of motor vehicles in the country is increasing day by day,with an average of 31 private cars per100 households.Under such a large number of drivers and motor vehicles,traffic accidents have become a problem that every city has to face,and the vehicles are all driving at high speeds on highways,and the driver's driving behavior and road traffic.Safety is more closely related.How to reduce the incidence of traffic accidents and how to propose an effective warning program to the driver before a traffic accident may occur has always been a research hotspot in the automobile safety industry.At present,the use of big data is very common in traffic accidents.It is possible to statistically analyze traffic accident sections,driver age groups,the types of vehicles that have accidents,and the locations of personnel injuries,and to obtain the causes of traffic accidents and the damage patterns of people.Road design,vehicle safety design and driver operation are standardized to reduce traffic accidents and reduce casualties and property losses.Combining human-vehicle-road(environment)in-depth study of driver's driving characteristics can objectively reflect driving behavior and driver's operating intent,and propose improvement programs for drivers with dangerous driving behavior,and reduce the driver's factors.Traffic accidents in order to explore ways to reduce the risk of traffic accidents from driving operations.This topic mainly studies the driving behavior data of the driver when driving on the highway within 2 years based on OBD information,including vehicle speed,speed,acceleration,throttle opening,accelerator pedal depth,fuel consumption,mileage,etc.The relationship between the driver's driving characteristics and traffic safety is analyzed,and the type of personality the driver belongs to is determined based on the driving operation data,which provides technical support for driving operation safety.Through the analysis of driver driving data,the following two conclusions are obtained:Firstly,based on the driving behavior data obtained from OBD information,system clustering method,K-means clustering method,principal component analysis method and factor analysis method were used to classify the driver's risk degree of driving behavior while driving on the expressway.And their respective clustering results were integrated and optimized,which improved the accuracy of the classification results and reached the dangerous degree of the driving behavior of the driver when driving on the highway:dangerous type,general type and cautious type.The second is based on the driver's successful classification,and the classification basis of the driver is obtained,and the four driving indexes such as speed,acceleration,type of operation,and accelerator pedal depth are described and analyzed,thus to a certain extent,the driver The classification results and driving index results were verified.The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for the driver's classification of drivingrisk when driving on the highway,and to provide data for the research and development of driverless vehicles.
