Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)has many advantages,such as high efficiency,high power density,high power factor,high dynamic performance,small volume and easy maintenance.To meet the demand of market application,this paper has studied the position sensorless control system of the surface permanent magnet synchronous motor.To realize position sensorless control of PMSM,the mathematical model of PMSM was derived,then extends Kalman filter model of permanent magnet synchronous motor was designed by linearization and discretization of the Kalman filter.And the principle diagram of system was constructed for the simulation of Matlab/Simulink.Considering the variation of motor parameters caused by operation,the stator resistance,stator inductance and rotor flux linkage parameters were analyzed and simulated,and the influence of parameter change on the rotor position and speed of the extended Kalman filter is summarized.Considering the error of estimation results caused by motor parameters,combined with the characteristics of surface mounted permanent magnet synchronous motor,the model reference adaptive method is used to identify different parameters.At the same time,to increase the disturbance resistance of the system,the moment of inertia is also identified.The simulation results show that the identification based on the model reference adaptive method has little error in identification results,and it can compensate the estimation results of sensorless system.To realize the design of the experimental platform,the sensorless control system based on DSP of the driving circuit design and the minimum system was completed by using the TMS320F28335 chip,and the system software design part also was completed.
