Study On The Magnetically Adsorbed Wall Climbing Car Used For Fishing Boats

In our country now,the vast majority of fishing boat factories use labor force in cleaning rust and spraying painting on ships.In view of the cleaning rust in our country,big and medium-sized even small shipyards are still using the dry sand blasting method.The advantages are that the rust removal effect is good,efficient and thorough.However,this kind of rust removing method is very serious for the environment causing pollution and the body injury of the workers is also huge.Moreover,the cost of rust removal is relatively high.The craft of ship spray painting is multistep and very complicated.Different temperature control will affect the quality of spraying.These coatings are highly poisonous.workers will be injured during the operation process in such a long time and the paint contains a lot of flammable molecules which can easily cause the hidden danger of instability.Considering all the problems and disadvantages mentioned above,now we are going to develop a new type of wall climbing car so that we can replace labour force with robots from dangerous working environment.We will study the climbing car from the aspects of drive system,swing mechanism,adsorption method,structure of climbing obstacle etc.The wall climbing car uses a permanent magnet to adsorb and its walking mode is driven by wheeled AC servo motor.The innovative combination of the drive wheel of hurdling device and universal wheel of telescopic spring device can overcome the obstacle while maintaining the car body stability.The wall climbing car is controlled by remote remote control and its easy and quick operation is available for different levels of practitioners.Using the integration of cleaning equipment for rust removal,we can complete surface rust removal or sea biological cleaning of the fishing boat repair industry.According to the integration of the paint equipment,we can accomplish the painting operation of the outer surface of the ship to improve the efficiency of the automation painting operation and economic benefit.
