The double-base explosive is a spiral weapon launching propellant,Temperature co ntrol in the process of drug manufacturing has a very important role.especially in the process of screw extrusion molding pressure,appropriate lower the temperature in the pressure screw extrusion molding equipment,can increase the medicine material visco sity,thus increase the internal pressure,to improve production.Therefore,it is necessa ry to monitor the material temperature in real time during the extrusion molding proce ss.In this paper,based on the embedded technology,the temperature control system is designed based on STM32F407 microcontroller based on the time-varying,hysteresis and non-linearity of temperature control system.The traditional PID control and fuzz y self-tuning PID control,design the medicine type screw extrusion molding process t emperature control of fuzzy self-tuning PID controller,and according to the medicine t ype screw extrusion pressure molding process characteristics in the temperature control based on fuzzy self-tuning PID controller series PID controller,the flow to break the traditional idea temperature of unilateral control,from two factors of temperature and flow direction to realize temperature control,can improve the anti-interference of the system,shorten the time adjustment.With STM32F407 as the main control chip,the d etection circuit,control circuit and display circuit are designed by DS18B20,TFTLCD touch screen,SSR,AD7793 and ULN2803 LW,and the hardware circuit of temperatur e control system is set up.Keil software is used to write the main control program,t emperature acquisition program,actuator control program,PID algorithm control progra m and explicit control program.In this paper,the temperature of extruded screw extruder is controlled indirectly b y the thermal insulation water circulation system.Using Matlab to the temperature con trol system of PID control and fuzzy self-tuning PID control are compared,and the si mulation confirmed that the fuzzy self-tuning PID controller system overshoot and adj ustment precision,response speed on various aspects is superior to the traditional PID controller.The software of temperature control system is debugged,and the results sho w that the designed system can meet the requirements of temperature for pharmaceutic al production process.
