| Assembly operation can greatly reduce construction operate miss and human error,guarantee the quality of construction,improve the precision of the products effectively,reduce the noise in the construction process,save energy and reduce construction waste,which is a new method of energy saving and environmental protection.The ring beam structure columns in the masonry structure by assembling operation,can effectively circumvent the existing reinforced concrete ring beams and constructional columns in the supporting formwork,steel banding,concrete pouring and other construction problems in construction quality,can guarantee the quality of construction and reduce the construction period at the same time.This paper focuses on the assembly of integral ring beam structure columns combination technology of the following five aspects of the research:Under the background of vigorously developing the building industry in our country,the use of assembly-type technology to solve the puzzle structure of the ring beam construction column in the construction process are facing problems.Proposed to prefabricate the ring beam structural columns into blocks with different sizes,and to assemble the integral composite structures using the cement mortar for the internal concrete pouring.Use assembled monolithic construction technology,useing the Cement mortar to build masonry and then instilled concrete inside it.(1)Quasi static test on assembly integral ring beam structural columns to constrain walls.The low-cycle reciprocating loading test of a total of 8 walls with no constrained walls(2 pieces),walls with reinforced concrete ring beam structure columns(2 pieces)and walls constrained with integral ring beam structure columns(4 pieces).According to the destruction process of each wall and a series of seismic performance indexes,the seismic performance of different structure constrained walls under different axial compression is comparatively analyzed.The test shows that the deformation energy dissipation capacity of thewalls with the integrated ring-beam construction columns assembly technology has been greatly improved.The bearing capacity and ductility of the walls integrated with the ring-beam construction columns are better than those without the structural constraint walls,and is equal with the reinforced concrete ring beam structure column walls.(2)Carry on the numerical simulation of pseudo-static test of the walls.The nonlinear numerical simulation analysis of eight test walls is carried out by the modeling method of partial-integral and partial-separation.The results showed that the load displacement curve of the walls is consistent with the test results,and the distribution of the cracks is the same as the test.(3)Analysis of Shear Strength of Constraint Walls with integral ring beam structure columns.Based on the shear failure theory of masonry structure by scholars at home and abroad is presented,discussed in detail the stress characteristics of integral assembly constraint integral ring beam structure column walls,masonry structure with the shear failure formula,shear strength formula is proposed for integral assembly constraint ring beam structure column walls.(4)The shear strength analysis of the restraint wall with integral ring beam structural columns is performed.According to the theory of shear failure of masonry structures proposed by scholars at home and abroad,the mechanical properties of the restraint wall of an integral ring beam structural column are discussed in detail,and the shear failure formula of the masonry structure proposed in conjunction with the specification is considered,and the eccentricity of the structural column is considered.Under the effect of shearing,a formula for calculating the shearing strength of a constrained wall for an integral ring beam structural column is proposed. |
