To solve the problem of poor seismic performance and uncomfortable living conditions of ordinary small concrete hollow block structures are prominent,our research group designed a self-insulating structural wall with inner skeleton and its structural system according to the design goal of seismic superiority and energy conservation integration,which was based on the research results at home and abroad.The structural system is constrained by inner skeleton and has multiple seismic fortication capabilities.In order to substantially apply this new type of reinforced masonry structure to village and rural buildings and improve their seismic performance and livability,relying on the Natural Science Foundation of Shandong Province(ZR2017BEE022)and our group's previous results,this paper adopts a combined method of experimental research,theoretical and numerical analysis to study the wall.And the seismic performance and designing structure measures were explored.First of all,the bottom wall of a four-story residential building is selected as the experimental research object,and horizontal low-cycle cyclic loading test were conducted to obtain the seismic failure mode,hysteretic curve,stiffness degradation,ductility and stressstrain relationship of the wall.The seismic performance of the new earthquake-resistant wall is revealed through horizontal low cyclic loading tests,and the transformation process of the wall's mechanism is revealed,that is,the entire process of seismic failure can be divided into three stages: common working stage,transition stage and weak frame working stage.At the same time,through the analysis of experimental phenomena and experimental data,the mechanism of the inner skeleton as the second seismic line in the seismic process of the wall was revealed.This verified the superiority of self-insulating wall with inner skeleton which has two anti-seismic lines compared with common reinforced masonry structure in seismic safety,and provided experimental data and theoretical support for the seismic capacity calculation and numerical expansion analysis of self-insulating structural wall with inner skeleton.Secondly,in order to further study and analyze the failure modes and characteristics of the wall under different structural conditions,this paper carries out refined finite element analysis based on experimental research.The research on the reliability of the numerical model and verification of the calculation stability show that the numerical calculation method is effective and reliable,and can explore the whole process of the seismic failure of this newwall structure.Then,using the above numerical analysis method,the effects of aspect ratio,vertical load and inner skeleton arrangement on its seismic performance were studied.The influence laws of various factors on wall's failure modes and bearing capacity were obtained.And the wall's design failure modes are divided into bending,shearing-bending and shearing type.Thirdly,a theoretical analysis was carried out based on the experimental results.Aiming at the shear failure mode of self-insulating wall with inner skeleton and combining its structural arrangement characteristics,methods for calculating the wall's cracking load based on the equivalent elastic plate model and for calculating the wall's ultimate shear load based on modified softened strut-and-tie model was established were established,and the relative errors between theoretical analysis and test results are 3.2% and 3.3%,respectively.Therefore,the theoretical formulas above have clearer physical concept and better accuracy.Finally,this paper comprehensively researches on the experimental research,the theoretical analysis and the numerical analysis of the wall,and puts forward the seismic design and construction suggestions for the wall.The results show that the self-insulating wall with inner skeleton has multiple seismic lines,good seismic performance,convenient construction,and low cost,and particularly suitable for application in multi-story buildings such as villages and town.At the same time,it is suggested to carry out the project construction in combination with this research results and seismic design suggestions in the specific application process.
