| The paper is based on the support of National Natural Science Foundation funding key project.The project is key technology and experimental verification of water mist fire extinguishing in cargo of civil aircraft(U1633203).Aimed at the poor research of the lithiumion battery thermal runaway in low pressure environment at home and abroad,it designed a facility for the lithium-ion battery and set up an experimental platform and carried out a huge number experiment research in different pressures.This paper content contains two aspect:(1)it studies that the influence of state charge,environmental pressure and heat source on the thermal runaway jetting of 18650 lithium-ion battery triggered by external heating power.(2)it studies that the influence of state of charge,environmental pressure and heat source on the thermal runaway combustion of 18650 lithium-ion battery.The paper carried out many experiments and the summary,based on the analyzing of results,is listing as follows.(1)With the decrease of environmental pressure,the response time of violent explosion is increasing,the time of releasing fume is increasing,the response time of initial blast is increasing,the peak temperature of battery body and jetting is decreasing and the vital area of jetting is decreasing.With the decrease of environmental pressure,the spacing interval of lithium-ion battery combustion is enlarging,the time of flame is reducing,the average temperature of fume is reducing and the height of flame is reducing.(2)With the increase of state of charge,the response time of initial blast is decreasing,the response time of violent explosion is decreasing and the time of releasing fume is decreasing.The response temperature of violent explosion is increasing,the peak temperature of battery body and jetting is increasing,the vital area of jetting is increasing.With the increase of distance of anode,the temperature of jetting is decreasing,the peak temperature of jetting is locating in anode and the temperature of jetting is attenuating fiercely on account of distance.With the increase of state of charge,the spacing interval of lithium-ion battery combustion is reducing,the time of releasing fume is decreasing,the time of flame is reducing and the height of flame is decreasing.(3)With the increase of heat source,the response time of initial blast and violent explosion is decreasing.With the heat source increasing the response temperature of violent explosion is increasing,the peak temperature of battery body and jetting is increasing and the vital area of jetting is increasing.The peak temperature of battery body is lower than the the peak temperature of jetting.With the increase of heat source,the spacing interval of lithium-ion battery combustion is reducing,the time of flame is reducing and the height of flame is increasing. |
