With the wide application of micro-accelerometers in aviation,aerospace,and defense,it is necessary to study the impact of the micro-accelerometer's working environment.The missile-loaded micro-accelerometers will suffer from high impact,vibration,and high-speed rotation and other adverse conditions during operation,resulting in degradation or even failure of the device performance,which will seriously affect the missile's hit accuracy.Studying the impact of high-speed rotating environment on the missile-loaded micro-accelerometer can improve the reliability of the missile-loaded micro-accelerometer,it is of great significance to improve the tactical performance of the missile and increase the probability of capturing the target.This paper mainly studies the structural failure analysis of micro-accelerometers and the influence analysis of transverse effect in micro-accelerometers structure under high-speed rotating environment.This paper mainly studies the structural failure analysis of microaccelerometers and the influence analysis of transverse effect in micro-accelerometers structure under high-speed rotating environment.Starting from the study of structural characteristics,this paper introduces in detail the principle,structure and reliability related foundation of the microaccelerometers and analyzes and summarizes the common failure modes and failure mechanisms of the bomb-borne micro-accelerometers;the adhesion failure,fracture failure and fatigue failure of micro-accelerometers under high-speed rotating environment were analyzed by simulation analysis method;considering the influence of the lateral effect of the microaccelerometers structure in the high-speed rotating environment,the lateral effect of the microaccelerometers in the high-speed rotating environment is simulated and analyzed,and the verification test and testing test are carried out by using a shaking table and a centrifuge respectively.Combined with the simulation results and experiment data,found that the rotating environment impact on the micro-accelerometers transverse sensitivity and size of centrifugal acceleration produced by the rotation of basic has nothing to do,and related to the applying direction of micro-accelerometers,in the plane perpendicular to the main sensitive direction of the micro-accelerometers,the transverse sensitivity ratio is distributed in an " 8" shape.Finally,the research on the structural influence of micro-accelerometers in high-speed rotating environment is summarized,and the further research contents of micro-accelerometers are pointed out.
