Due to the advancement of various functions of marine machinery and equipment,the intelligence,automation,and precision of marine machinery and equipment have been greatly improved.Modern equipment needs to identify fault types quickly and accurately.In order to enable people to find out the faults and causes of ship equipments in a timely manner,repair them in time,and reduce vessel catastrophic events.Therefore,it is necessary to research and innovate the fault diagnosis method and develop the software so that it can be practically applied to ship equipment and timely monitor and diagnose it.After more than 40 years of development,mechanical fault diagnosis technology still has many problems to be solved,such as weak diagnostic intelligence systems and limited fault diagnosis methods.This article first introduces the development background of fault diagnosis,describes the current research status and existing deficiencies of signal processing methods in existing marine equipment mechanical systems,and describes in detail the basic signal analysis methods in fault diagnosis.Focusing on the adaptive filtering method,the Wiener filtering method was deduced on the basis of it,and its implementation method in C# language was proposed.The Wiener method was used to deal with the denoising of the obtained vibration signal in software.Second,comparing the functional effects of Visual Studio(abbreviated VS)and Labview based on this project shows the superiority of VS.This study uses C# language to develop the vibration signal acquisition and analysis form software under the framework of.NET 4.0 and Visual Studio(abbreviated as VS below),and divides the data processing method and interface operation functions into modules.The software is introduced in the article according to the system modeling classification.Next,according to the signal processing method included in the software,the software operation flow is introduced.The processing methods used are:discrete Fourier transform,wavelet transform,Wigner distribution,etc.On the basis of verifying the reliability of the software using simulation signals,the field test data were collected and analyzed on the ship.The verification results showed that the monitoring system can accurately obtain the target signal and judge the function of the equipment failure.Finally,the paper summarizes the full text and discusses the shortcomings of the implementation process of the method and the future development direction of the software.
