Security door is an effective protective barrier for the residents and property of urban residents.When hostage-taking occurred,it has become an obstacle for anti-terrorist personnel.In order to remove obstacles in a timely manner and rescue trapped people,this article proposes two methods to quickly open security doors with lower additional damage:One is to use a linear shaped glass jet to cut the security door,and the other is to use the principle of hydraulic blasting to break the security door.Its greatest advantages are smokeless,flameless,dustless,odorless,micro-noise,low additional damage,and high door-opening efficiency.Aiming at the two methods,the structural model was designed,and a combination of formula calculation and simulation was used to analyze the process and result of the breaking.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Explained the purpose and significance of studying the device,analyzed the forming mechanism of the shaped charge and the working principle of hydraulic blasting;described the conditions of the jet forming and the calculation formula of the penetrating pressure;based on the detonation wave in the water for the assumption of one-dimensional propagation,the overpressure formula in water was introduced;and the engineering applications of linear shaped energy cutting technology and hydraulic blasting technology were listed.(2)The advantages of the glass jet cutting are analyzed;by using the jet molding determining conditions,the formula of the converging glass jets is verified by formula calculation and numerical simulation,and the different blast heights are analyzed.The impact of cutting performance has established a range of effective blasting.(3)In the study of shaped glass jet cutting security doors,a separate analysis of linear and filleted jets was performed.The effects of different filleted types on jet cutting were analyzed;The forming process of filleted jets and the effect of blast height on jet forming and penetration depth and incision width were analyzed;The protective performance of water and foam with low collateral damage on the detonation wave of shaped charge was comparatively analyzed.(4)Introduced the basic theory of underwater explosion,proposed a hydraulic explosion method with low additional damage,calculated the amount of water pressure blasting charge,designed the structure of security door,and the single blasting method and multi-points blasting method are used to numerically simulate the blasting results of anti-theft door.The feasibility of the proposed low additional damage hydraulic blasting technology to break the security door was verified.
