Research On University Graduates Makers’ Inhabited Space Layout

Our country’s policy encouragement for entrepreneurship and innovation for college students has made it possible for university graduates to enter the dual-invasive state as early as possible,raising new issues for the society.Urban planning should be an important support for entrepreneurial innovation of college graduates.In this paper,the investigation and research on the living space design of domestic and foreign university graduates is analyzed and summarized.A survey was conducted on the realities of university graduates living-together situation in Shenzhen,Wuhan,and Chengdu,knowing their status in the process of entrepreneurship and innovation.At the same time,a survey was conducted on their willingness to live together.On this basis,we put forward the strategies and ideas that can support this special group of entrepreneurial innovation in urban planning,as well as the countermeasures at the level of urban general planning and controlling detailed planning.On the basis of fully understanding the status of colonization and the desire to live in a group,under the guidance of new planning ideas,the study of the special characteristics of this special group of residential buildings was conducted,and suggestions for the design of residential buildings adapted to their entrepreneurial innovation were proposed.The purpose of this paper is to create a suitable living and working space for university graduates makers in the early days,provideing a solid back-end guarantee to create new business ventures.It has important practical significance.
