Experimental Study On The Morphology Of Blasting Funnel With Different Strength Concrete

In modern life,concrete is an important building material,which has been widely used.The blasting effect of concrete caused the building to be strongly impacted and seriously damaged.Therefore,the study on the shape of blasting funnel of concrete can provide reference for national defense and construction,which has highly practical value.In this paper,the design of different strength concrete model for concrete under different buried depth and quantity of explosive blasting funnel test,and study the action of two effects: one is bulge movement,the second is blasting funnel,and the shape of concrete blasting funnel under the depth,dosage and strength of explosive were analyzed,and the results were as follows:(1)The blasting funnel model surface was photographed by the high-speed photography system,and the fracture process of the concrete surface was photographed and obtained the variation law of drum motion profile,center displacement and velocity.The results show that the surface movement trend of the drum is consistent with the displacement and velocity of the drum center.The bulge height of the drum is proportional to the size of the medicine;the characteristics of the drum center in displacement and velocity are acceleration-uniform velocity.When the resistance line was 0.08 m,the dosage of blasting funnel produced by C40 concrete model is greater than 3g.(2)According to the experimental results of different blasting funnels,the change trend of the blasting effect of blasting with depth and strength is obtained.The results show that the radius,depth and volume of the blasting funnel decrease with the increase of the buried depth of the explosive.With the same burial depth,the radius and depth of the blasting funnel decreased with the increase of concrete strength,and the volume of the crater was gradually increased.In addition,the energy utilization rate of explosives was the highest when the same strength was buried at 0.13 m.The same buried depth(< 25mm)is inversely proportional to the strength of concrete.(3)The dimensional analysis was employed to reinforce blasting crater volume forecasting formula.Fitting the crater volume,depth and the dosage of expression with the test data.To some extent,the expression reflects the buried depth of explosive blasting effect of concrete,and the formula to draw the best buried deeply 18.3 cm.(4)The sensitivity analysis of blasting funnel influencing factors is carried out by using grey system theory.The results show that there is no optimal factor,the depth of blasting is the optimal factor,and the medium strength is uncontrollable factor.
