| It is inevitable that many buried pipe are buried in urban asphalt pavement structure.The buried pipe will affect the bearing characteristics of the asphalt pavement structure.Under vehicle load,the Road structure will appear cracks,subsidence,deformation and other disease.It will affect the service life in the using process of asphalt pavement.In this paper we study on the bearing characteristics of of asphalt pavement contain buried pipe under vehicle load by experimental research and numerical simulation.First,we have a load test on asphalt pavement structure,which use DSCM to observation the deformation of model.Analysis of the bearing characteristics of asphalt road under different driving loads and different buried depths of pipelines.The study found that overload seriously worsened the overall stress state of asphalt roads.This is the most significant in the bottom of the asphalt structure layer and the top of cement steady gravelly structure layer.And the inter layer effect has great influence in pavement structures.The displacement be interrupted,vertical and shear strain concentration occurs at the inter layer connection.The pipe has great influence on the stress state of asphalt road layer.Such as the maximum compression strain appears on the bottom of the asphalt,and the maximum tensile strain is found on the bottom of the asphalt,while the deflection of road layer is reduced.The more shallow is buried of pipeline,the greater the influence on the bearing characteristics of the asphalt road,and the deflection value decreases more significantly.Second,we using ANSYS finite element software to build the model of asphalt pavement structure,in order to verify the numerical model.And then,based on the theory of elastic layered system,we has built four kinds of asphalt road engineering model.We analysis the effects of different pipeline depth on asphalt road,and we put forward a reasonable suggestion of pipeline depth.The study found that the pipeline will certainly affect the mechanical indexes of the road,which cause the stress concentration phenomenon of vertical compression stress and shear stress.At the same time,the vertical displacement and transverse stress of the structure are reduced.The shallow buried pipeline has the greatest influence on the asphalt structure,and it obviously increases the stress value of the structure.When pipe buried depth is 2.5m,it can be ignored that the coupling effect of the driving load and the buried pipeline. |
