Design Research Of Laishan Folk Holiday Resort In Yantai City

As a typical representative of Shandong marine cultural city,Yantai has a cultural heritage for thousands of years.The city has so far preserved many local characteristics of material and intangible culture.The study of this paper,is wrote from the holiday area design based on study of local folk culture elements and the overall function.The building group and the design of landscape sketches,the folk holiday resort in the Laishan garden of Yantai is set up as the research object.External related cases collation and Yantai local survey data collection,in view of the shortcomings of the traditional culture in the design of regional characteristics and connotation,put forward the "return to the local" design concept,as Yantai Laishan folk holiday resort design and research practice and theoretical basis.In the early stage,through the field investigation of botanical garden in Laishan District,we simulated the topography and landform,and selected the suitable area for folk holiday resort design.Integration of modern design techniques,choice of waterfront land resort planning,according to local conditions of the folk elements into the overall layout of the holiday resort,road system planning,water system pattern,architectural form,landscape and other aspects of the design to achieve the protection and development of local folk culture design goals.The Laishan folk holiday resort is made into a comprehensive urban humanistic space environment with the characteristics of the times and regional characteristics to meet the people’s leisure,tourism,sightseeing,vacation,experience and educational needs.
