With the rapid development of electronic information technology,computer software,Internet technology and consumer demand for the continuous upgrading of the car,automotive electronics has become a kind of indispensable products in vehicle development,especially in recent years,the high-speed growth of domestic automotive market consumption has put forward higer and more stringent requirement to the domestic automotive electronics companies.Some automotive electronics companies are taking action to self-change aiming to to enhance their competitiveness and market share,in which includes A company.This thesis adduces CMMI,which is widely used in the automotive electronics industry.Firstly,it introduces its theory and research,and then analyzes the improvement and optimization method of software development process from the aspects of process management,project management,engineering and support.Combined with the current problem case in software development project management and process,screen out all the CMMI model of the process domain problem by using CBA-IPIM assessment model.Combined with the actual situation in A company,put forward scientific and reasonable improved new process,and finally through test run in part of projects,confirm the effectiveness of the new process and follow-up problems to be solved.Meanwhile,in response to the new round of changes in the automotive industry environment,to further enhance software development process efficiency and quality in A company,this thesis also adduces the agile development,which forward-looking provides guidance and support for software development process management and improvement.
