In recent years, with the support of policies, prefabricated residential projects have been developing vigorously throughout the country. The construction industry is facing a new transformation and upgrading. However, the security issues faced by the construction industry are still very important. There are many researches on the safety issues in the traditional construction field. This is a new era.The prefabricated construction model proposed in the environment with many advantages is not very clear. To promote the development of prefabricated housing projects in an orderly and orderly manner,it is very valuable to mention the research on safety risks. The article summarizes relevant studies at home and abroad to understand the development status of prefabricated residential buildings and their construction safety risks, and then describes concepts such as the advantages and disadvantages of prefabricated residential projects, prefabricated residential projects, and construction safety issues of prefabricated residential projects. The theory of fuzzy mathematics and the theory of grey system lay a good foundation for the study of the dissertation. On the basis of reading a large amount of literature and materials, the paper uses Delphi’s expert survey method to analyze and sort out the construction safety risks of prefabricated residential projects mainly from political risks, laws and regulations, economic risks, personnel risks, management risks, equipment protection risks,The eight parts of the assembly-type component risk and environmental risk, these eight areas cover twenty-one secondary risk indicators, and then combined with the actual project, analyzing the impact of these indicators on the construction safety risk, and establish a prefabricated residential project construction.Safety risk evaluation system;Through comparison of several risk assessment methods, and combining the characteristics of prefabricated residential projects, the grey system theory was selected to introduce the application of the grey system theory. The calculation process was to calculate the similarity coefficient, similarity matrix, sequence difference, and gray correlation.Coefficients and other indicators to determine the weight of each index, and finally use the whitening weight function combined with the fuzzy comprehensive theory to calculate and judge, and make a comprehensive evaluation, thus constructing a security risk assessment model for the construction stage of prefabricated residential projects.Using the security risk assessment model during the construction phase of prefabricated residential projects, combined with the theoretical basis in this paper, the Country Garden Phoenix Residence project was used as an example to conduct an empirical analysis. The risk assessment system is constructed through relevant engineering information. The risk assessment model is used to calculate the risk level and the important risk indicators of the project. This conclusion can help the managers to distinguish and classify the risk factors in the actual implementation of the project. In the construction,it is dynamically controlled;for the empirical analysis, the research results are analyzed, and corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward;finally, the research problems of this paper are summarized, and forecasting the future research direction.
