In existing layered lithium ion battery cathode material LiCoO2 has in small batteries get widely used,but because limits,the specific energy did not reach far theoretical capacity and restricted by resources drill;layered LiMnO2 have very high lithium insertion capacity,but the cycle charge discharge process of crystal structure is easy to collapse,leading to decline in capacity,the cycle performance variation;LiNiO2is difficult to be synthesized,safe charge difference.Therefore,from the resource,environmental protection and safety performance of looking for lithium ion battery ideal electrode active materials has become a hot topic in the field of international chemical power.And LiMnxNiyCol-x-yO2 comprehensive LiCoO2,LiNiO2,the advantages of LiMnO2 three kinds of materials,forming a LiCoO2,LiNiO2,three-phase LiMnO2hybrid system of,there is an obvious synergistic effect.Because of three-phase collaborative,a collection of three kinds of material advantage,the ternary material is better than any material,which has caused widespread concern.?1?According to the balance principle and the principle of mass balance is Ni?II?Co?II?-Mn?II?NH4+-NH3-H2O System thermodynamic model,based on synthetic nickel drill manganese hydroxide precursor.The influence of synthesis temperature,pH value,concentration effects on the morphology and structure of the products,with three factors and three level orthogonal tests determine the optimal conditions for the synthesis of nickel cobalt lithium manganate.?2?In this paper,lithium nickel manganese cobalt ternary material sintering process in Li/M?M=Ni+Co+Mn?than worth changes on the performance of synthesis of cathode materials influence.Through experiments that when Li/?Ni+Mn+Co?=1.08 synthesis of Ni Cr lithium manganate has obtained layered crystal structure and weak cation mixed row effect.Lilei!Li/M?M=Ni+Co+Mn?the ratio of the change of the material first charging had little effect on the capacity,but on the initial discharge capacity and first charge discharge effect and material reproduction performances have no small impact.Through the experimental data and the transformation of detection to find the optimal sintering conditions and to produce ternary properties of high Ni Cr lithium manganate cathode material.
