| High pressure cylinder is the main high pressure gas storage equipment in traffic,chemical,pharmaceutical,aerospace and other aspects,which can lead to explosion and poisoning more destructive accidents(with flammable and explosive and leakage poisoning and other dangerous characteristics)special equipment,especially when there are defects such as cracks in the bottle,it is very likely to explode in the process of repeated use.Acoustic emission(AE)technique is a kind of NDT methods which has been increasingly mature,it is suitable for high pressure gas cylinder to test and structure integrity evaluate.According to the basic principle and characteristics of AE testing,research on AE signal characteristics in the process of winding cylinder hydraulic pressure test,established the model and method of evaluation of defect judgment,for the realization of the wrapped cylinder of AE testing and provides a new method for defect judgment.Basing on the AE signal collection,signal analysing,the related principle of recorded the high-pressure gas cylinders in the AE signal in the process of water pressure blasting experiment,discuss the testing records of AE signal characteristic parameters,based on some problems in actual application of AE as a starting point,the typical glass fiber winding cylinder as the research object,in the process of pressure test of continuous pressure in the AE signal acquisition,the AE technique is used to continuously under water pressure loading test research and study on the AE technique,amplitude,frequency,duration,or energy,such as multiple parameter analysis technology,to distinguish between the matrix of the composite main damage defects such as cracking,this technique has been verified in a variety of practical applications.It can be used for accurate evaluation and monitoring of the structural integrity and safety of glass fiber ring winding cylinders. |
