The ZPW-2000 track circuit is one of the most important equipment of railway signal system,which has the functions of train occupancy detection,integrity checking and transmission information to train.When the track circuit fault occurs,at best can affect the driving efficiency,at worst may cause casualties.At present,with the extensive application of intelligent algorithm and multi-information fusion,the demand for the failure prior data is increasing.However,the moment and location of the track circuit fault occurs randomly and the degree of information fusion in the centralized monitoring system is low,that is the reason why it is difficult to obtain the prior data of the fault.Data has became a bottleneck restricting the development of track circuit fault diagnosis technology.Aiming at the difficulties in fault prior data obtaining,this paper established the ZPW-2000 accurate transmission model,simulated the situations of compensating capacitor open circuit fault of and shunting,obtains and analyzed the fault simulation data.The concrete research content is as follows:(1)The study assessed ZPW-2000 jointless track circuit as the research object,combined with quantity of train shunted wheel-set changing according to the position relation between wheel and compensation of capacitor,the ZPW-2000 shunted model of multi-wheel sets is established.The validity of the multi-wheel model is verified through the shunted experiment on ZPW-2000 test bed.(2)The causes for compensation capacitor open circuit fault and shunted malfunction was analyzed,and based on the causes,shunt experiment was done on ZPW-2000 test bed.Under the same shunted conditions,through the contrastive analysis between shunted data and simulated data,the result shows that the multi-wheel set shunted model is more accurate than the traditional one wheel set shunted.(3)Based on multi-wheel set shunted model,the effect on the working state of track circuit when compensation capacitance open circuit and shunt malfunction occurred were analyzed through the rail voltage and branch current simulating.(4)On the basis of the multi-wheel set shunted model,the equivalent circuit of the rail four-terminal network is derived,and the equivalent circuit model is established.According to kirchhoff's law and Laplace transform,and the voltage transient analytic solutions is obtained.The ZPW-2000 transmission model was established on Simulink,and through comparative analysis,the validity of the equivalent circuit model was verified.(5)Based on the equivalent circuit model,the transient analysis of the track rail-out voltage in the case of shunt malfunction and compensated capacitance open circuit fault was done,and the transient characteristics of the shunt malfunction and compensated capacitance open circuit fault were revealed.According to the revealed transient characteristics,a new method of fault diagnosis was proposed based on the transient analysis on rail-out voltage of centralized monitoring system.
