Currently,within cities due to population density increases,less and less available land,the city gradually saturated,in which case the cause of urban overcrowding,traffic congestion situation is getting worse and floor space can be planned use of space reduced,therefore,is whether demand for rail,road or walkway also the tunnel's performance is increasingly apparent.However,in the construction process encountered adverse formations,such as the general pipe roof,a small catheter grouting ahead of pre-reinforcement technology gradually many inadequate.Therefore,to find a new and effective method of tunnel advanced support become an urgent problem,through the analysis of many foreign successful experience in engineering practice,the level of high pressure jet grouting to advanced support technologies for soil reinforcement and scope quality can be well controlled.In this thesis,the level of domestic and international pressure rotating jet grouting technology to apply the theory are summarized,and the application of background,reinforcement mechanism and reinforcement effects starting studies illustrate the level of high pressure jet grouting technology in real engineering.At the same time,relying on paper combines engineering,horizontal high pressure jet grouting to advanced support technologies and construction processes introduced by theoretical analysis and numerical simulation method,the level of high pressure jet grouting technology reinforcing effect Analysis.The main contents of the following conclusions:(1)Using the horizontal high pressure jet grouting stratigraphic reinforcement,in addition to strengthening our predetermined region is formed in vitro to achieve the consolidation of our requirements in consolidation of soil around the body has also been varying degrees of strengthening and reinforcing effect from the reinforcement area inversely proportional to the distance.After the level of high pressure jet grouting reinforcement effect analysis,it should be considered part of this reinforcement effect of soil.(2)Based on the elastic-plastic mechanics,deduced from the level of high pressure rotary jet grouting mechanical model,and based on this spatial distribution model calculated stress and strain on the mechanical model of horizontal rotary jet grouting reinforcement in were derived to give out of the stress and displacement distribution formula,deduced stress and displacement distribution formula under the influence of gravity stress cavity expansion theory.(3)The level of high pressure jet grouting technology for advanced support for tunnel construction,which is mainly through the rotary jet grouting,changing the physical properties within the range of reinforced soil(and),thereby changing the mechanical properties of the formation,greatly increase its carrying capacity.Due to the level of high pressure jet grouting to form a cylinder on the outside of the tunnel mutually engaging cement plus solid soil,thereby sharing part of the external load,enhanced reinforcement supporting role.(4)The level of high pressure jet grouting reinforcement in on soft ground subsidence and deformation have good results,you can meet the requirements of construction safety.At the same time,because of the additional solid can share part of the external load,reduce the load carried by the lining of the structure itself,which can save material,the level of high pressure jet grouting ahead of pre-reinforcement technology can be a good site for the tunnel vault settlement and surface subsidence control to ensure construction safety requirements.At the same time,the level of high pressure jet grouting ahead of pre-reinforcement enables the tunnel structure itself undertaken to reduce internal forces,which can meet the requirements under the circumstances,to reduce the use of materials,improve the economy,and the use of high pressure jet grouting level It can also reduce the plastic strain due to the surrounding rock excavation of a tunnel caused;(5)From the practice shows that,during the grouting construction,slurry and soil in order to achieve the purpose of mixing is required in the case of strictly controlling the rotational speed and the speed of pulling back,keeping the grouting pressure is stable,thus ensuring the formation of a in not reinforced soil in close contact with the cylindrical soil cement column,give full play to the effect of strengthening the process.
