Based on the basic principle of vehicle-track coupling dynamics,this paper studi es the straddle-type monorail traffic system and the coupled vibration of curved track girder,and establishes a corresponding vehicle-bridge coupled vibration model.The model fully considers the side-bias performance of each tire,and in this model,the pseudo excitation method is used to transform the random vibration problem caused by track irregularity into the transient response problem under simple harmonic loads.This article has carried out the following aspects of work:(1)A three-dimensional straddle-type monorail vehicle model and a spatial curve d track beam model have been established.Based on the lagrange equations,the vehi cle motion equation of the straddle-type monorail transportation system is established,and the stiffness matrix and damping matrix of the vehicle are obtained.The modal synthesis method is used to establish the vibration equation of space curve track be am.Through the coordinate transformation of the moving coordinate system between the straight line and the curved line,the geometric relationship when the vehicle pass es through the curved track beam is solved.(2)Fully studied the performance of each tire in the running system,taking into account the lateral force of each tire,and established a reasonable wheel-rail force model.(3)According to the principle of the pseudo excitation method,the vertical rand om dynamic study of the time-varying system of the track-girder monorail transit veh icle was carried out.It is assumed that the track irregularity becomes a multi-point c oherent stationary stochastic process.The pseudo excitation method is used to transfo rm the random track irregularity into a series of simple harmonic loads.Finally,the whole process iterative method is used to solve the coupled vibration equation.(4)Computational program for the dynamic coupling random vibration of the axl e and track beam of the straddle-type monorail traffic system is written by matlab so ftware.Using Midas software to establish a model of a curved track beam,free vibr ation analysis was performed to obtain the vibration mode vector of each node,and the Newmark-method was used to analyze the bridge time history.The stiffness matri x and the damping matrix of the vehicle are obtained by the lagrange equations,thevehicle time history analysis is performed by the Newmark-method,and the solution of the vehicle-bridge coupling system equation is solved by the full-process iterative method.(5)Based on the results of the calculation procedure,the deterministic analysis a nd stochastic analysis of the vehicle-bridge coupling of the single-track curved track beam with straddle type are performed.
