At present,China is in the critical period of high-speed railway development.How to further increase the train speed on existing high speed lines has become an important topic.The use of tilting train technology can improve the running speed without changing the line conditions.Tilting trains can be mainly divided into two kinds,one is passive tilting which only depends on the action of centrifugal force,and another is active tilting based on active control.Active tilting is widely used for its stability.The active anti-roll bar has the advantages of convenient modification,small space occupancy and light weight,but it is restricted by the compression limit of air spring,and the maximum angle of tilting is 4 degrees.Based on the theory of multibody dynamics,this paper establishes a single car model based on the package of SIMPACK.Some nonlinear factors are considered in the model,and some details are simplified to ensure the simplicity and efficiency of the calculation.The mechanical and electrical coupling modeling is carried out for the anti-roll bar mechanism with MATLAB/SIMULINK and the time lag is taken into consideration,so that the carbody tilting action can be realized ahead of time.Then the force analysis of the tilting car through the curve is carried out,the relationship between the tilting angle of the car body and the torque of the active anti-roll-bar is determined,and the active control strategy is proposed and realized by software.Finally,the selection is made among a variety of actuators,and its stroke,speed and power are determined.The joint simulation of the high speed car with tilting car body is carried out by using SIMAT.The attitude,acceleration and wheel rail force of the tilting car with different tilting angle are analyzed,and the performance of the ordinary car and the tilting car through the curve at the same speed is analyzed.The results show that the unbalance centrifugal acceleration of the tilting car meets the expected requirements and improves the passenger comfort.The derailment coefficient and the lateral force of the wheelset of the tilting car are basically the same as that of the ordinary car.The index of wheel load reduction rate is higher than that of ordinary train about 20%~30%.The dynamic index of tilting train is worse than ordinary train.
