Load frequency control is an important means of maintaining power system frequency stability.With the cross-regional interconnecting of power grid in our country,the traditional method of load frequency control cannot adapt to new situation.With the larger scale of power grid,the traditional dedicated communication channels will gradually be replaced by open communication channels,causing such problems: 1)The open communication channel has limited resources and may suffer from cyber-attacks.Therefore it is necessary to study the security control and efficient signal transmission under the open communication channel.2)In interconnected multi-area power systems,the tie-line can be used for frequency support,but no area is willing to support others with too much cost for their interests.So the cooperative control should be considered as a game in interconnected multi-area power system.The main contents include the following three aspects:(1)Focusing on the limited network resources power system communication networks under DoS attacks,a delay-dependent dynamic model of LFC for multi-area power systems with an event-triggered communication scheme is established.A resilient event-triggered communication scheme is designed to save limited resources with the immunization of DoS attack.Then stability and stabilization criteria are derived.(2)Focusing on the limited network resources power system communication networks under data data injection attacks,a dynamic model of LFC for multi-area power systems with state observer and weighted Euclidean distance detector is established.A event-triggered communication scheme with identification ability and immunity of injection attack is designed.Then stability and stabilization criteria are derived.(3)The dynamic model of networked multi-area load frequency cooperative control with time delay is established.The cooperative controllers are designed by using differential game method which obey a nash equilibrium.Compared with the existing methods,this cooperative controllers are very fair and ensuring that no area prefers to disobey the control strategy.
