Blood purification technology,in order to achieve the purpose of blood purification by extracorporeal circulation,by means of various purification device for removing the in vivo metabolic waste products in the blood of toxins or poisons and expel excess moisture and correction of water,electrolyte and acid-base balance of a series of treatment methods.Blood purification technology,including hemodialysis,blood filtration,hemodialysis filtration,plasma exchange,blood perfusion,immune adsorption,continuous renal replacement therapy.Blood purification therapy as a safe,effective and widely used method is accepted by the patients,patients with blood purification is life-sustaining treatments.Water treatment system is based on the removal of the harmful and excess water material composition is built into a system device,in this system,the mutual relationship between each part and each other to provide protection.Water treatment equipment as a very important part of the blood purification system,hemodialysis patients with water for hemodialysis.There are already plenty of clinical evidence that the quality of the water and the dialysis fluid has a effect on the survival and quality of life of patients.People’s quality of dialysis water and dialysate also pay more and more attention to,to enhance the quality of hemodialysis water has become an important way to improve the quality of dialysis,and gradually realized the importance of continuous improvement of water treatment system.This paper mainly expounds the principles of blood dialysis water processing system,the author’s hospital composition structure of water processing system,in view of the existing in the use of soft water hardness and high residual chlorine content question to put forward the corresponding improvement program,the pretreatment part of the water treatment system for structural improvement,make the dialysis water hardness and residual chlorine values were significantly lower,to improve blood dialysis water water quality and improve the quality of hemodialysis patients dialysis,the purpose of monitoring data were compared before and after the improvement.
