Oil field development on supply and distribution system is an important part of the field development is directly related to oil field development technical level, the scale of investment, production costs and economic efficiency, but also improve system reliability, ensure the smooth implementation of capacity building,to achieve production an important guarantee.Xian He oilfield power grid due to rolling development, distribution network over a broad area, structurally weak, low reliability, operation and maintenance difficulties, large staff work intensity, high electricity costs, distribution automation technology in the oilfield power line application is not yet universal. So how to improve grid manage ment level become Xian He Power Management urgent problem.Since Xianhe grid complex, involve local dragon network, oilfield supply company distribution network, etc.,and distributed in Dongying,Guangrao,Boxing and other regions, this paper only selected management area is now Xianhezhuang oil grid Xianhe Dongying region line as a research focus, design a feeder automation solutions, including the current status of the power grid for managing master system, and analysis of the current feeder automation technology in some difficulties, the main contents include communication, fault location and isolation. For single-phase ground fault can not be reliably locate the problem,a fault section locating method based on double-side synchronization informa tion measured by real-time digital simulation instrument(Real Time Digital Simulator,RTDS)simulation model and the simulation.
