Dongying economic and Technological Development Zone is a national hi tech Development Zone,has been named the province's "scientific development demonstration park","circular economy demonstration park",the district involved in large-scale chemical,automobile manufacturing,textile,oil equipment manufacturing,power supply,new energy power generation and other industries.With the development of economy,more and more electric power users meet the demand of basic power supply,the power quality of electric power quality is put forward more stringent requirements.For example,voltage sag,discontinuous and other power quality problems will make the normal operation of the user equipment is affected,and even cause damage,so how to improve the power quality of Dongying Development Zone has become an urgent problem.In the international,the United States,France,Japan,Germany and many other developed countries in the analysis and improvement of power quality of distribution network has made a lot of efforts,and the work as a systematic project has been carried out for many years.The research on how to improve the power quality of distribution network is late,and some aspects are not perfect,so the problem of power quality is always the focus of research.This paper will be based on the actual level of Dongying economic and Technological Development Zone grid,the analysis of how to improve power quality analysis,and draw conclusions.Papers on the advancement of techniques used to power quality at home and abroad,development and application situation and problems,on the basis of first in view of the development of dongying 10 kV distribution network power supply environment,by analyzing the load characteristics and the actual power supply level,analyzes the harmonic pollution problem is the key problem to enhance power quality in the region.First of all,according to the working principle and advantages of active filter harmonic method based on instantaneous reactive power theory,carry out measures harmonic type shunt active filter treatment research.Second research type shunt active filter and system design of hardware design,finally will type shunt active filter application in the field,and the compensation effect were analyzed.
