The Research On The Livability Of Small- Town In Beijing,Changping District

"Livable city" is the development goal of Beijing C ity,"the national new urbanization plan(2014-2020)" to carry out work for Beijing town and the characteristics of the development of small towns,carrying Beijing urban population and industry has brought great opportunities.Small town is an important component of Beijing livable city construction.The study on the livability of small towns in Beijing is of practical significance.Improve the construction of livable towns,and then protect the livable city,Beijing development goals to achieve.The production and life of small towns in Beijing have certain attraction,and the natural ecological environment has its inherent advantages compared with the central city.Small towns have their advantages,but the disadvantages are more obvious,Beijing small town is facing a series of problems of life,production and ecology.It is necessary to consider the economic development,social life and ecological environment of small towns in Beijing.Correspondingly,the livability of small towns is affected by production function,living function and ecological function.The sum of the three functions of small town livable,calculating the degree of dispersion of the three functions of the development of its coordination.In this paper,the author puts forward two indicators of small town livability(Lt)and functional coordination to analyze the development level and the development quality of small towns.This paper establishes the evaluation index system of livability of small towns in Beijing by the method of multi factor comprehensive evaluation.The criterion layer includes production function,ecological function and life function.O n the basis of the principle of constructing the index system,the index system of the livability of the small towns in Beijing was selected to determine 12 indexes of the first grade and the grade of the two indicators.In this paper,a small town in Beijing for the evaluation of small towns livable evaluation system of Changping District.Evaluation of livability of small towns in C hangping District based on the evaluation index system of small towns livability in Beijing.Calculation of Changping District small towns livable and three functional coordination ranking.The evaluation results show that: the small town,Beiqijia Town,the town of Xiaotangshan ranked the top three livable,small town livable first(0.519),second(0.371)Beiqijia Town,the town of Xiaotangshan ranked third(0.315).The coordination of the top three small towns are the town of Ming Dynasty Tombs(0.926),Baishan town(0.889)and small town east(0.795).The standard deviation method is used to classify the calculation results of the livability and the function coordination of the small towns in Changping District.O n the basis of the classification results,the results are summarized as follows: firstly,there are obvious differences between the small towns in Changping District.Urban economy and service facilities are the main factors restricting the livability of small towns.Third,the development of the function dislocation leads to the dysfunction of the coordination function of some small towns.According to the classification of the urban structure of C hangping District,there is a correlation between the small towns and the livability classification.The analysis of C hangping District city center town,Xincheng Town,town,town livable key general classification,based on this small town of C hangping District livability rules and problems,and puts forward the strategies to improve the livability of small towns in Changping District.
