With the development of data acquisition technology and the changing needs of data analysis,people have entered the era of big data,which has appeared in many fields such as e-commerce,public services,medical care and education.In the current context of cities and roads,traffic is increasingly busy and congestions have also occurred.The study of congestions and administrative district traffic situation through massive data will help professionals explore the laws embodied in a large number of samples and obtain accurate and realistic analysis results,improve urban planning and road design,make people feel happier,and reduce the accident rate.Traffic data can be a good reflection of the temporal and spatial characteristics of road congestion and the people's travel choices,providing a strong theoretical basis for the construction of the city.Visual analysis technology can display massive data in accordance with certain requirements,which is more intuitive and concise.It is convenient for researchers to discover the laws and characteristics presented in the data.Therefore,based on the use of big data technology,this thesis adopts visual analysis methods to design a system for processing and displaying massive traffic data,which will be elaborated.The main work of this article is as follows:(1)Database construction and management based on massive GPS data.This thesis preprocesses the GPS data and road network data which will be used in the experiment by removing erroneous data and unreasonable data,and repairing missing data.At the same time,in order to improve the accuracy of GPS data,map matching work is performed on the preprocessed GPS data.This thesis converts and displays the road network data and removes unnecessary information.Finally,after configuring the environment,the thesis sets up a database for storing the processed data for subsequent selection.(2)Analyzing the key points of the research problem.This thesis analyzes the functional and performance requirements of the system and the requirements for visualization in light of current road traffic characteristics and possible problems in urban planning.(3)The design and implementation of a massive traffic data analysis system based on visual analysis.Based on the requirements of the task,following the principles of system architecture design,a variety of visualization methods are applied to design and implement the functional modules of the system.The system includes an area analysis module,a congestion analysis module,and a trajectory module.The regional analysis explores the traffic patterns in each administrative division of the city,and compares the administrative divisions with the clustering classification.The road analysis studies the change of vehicle speed on the selected roads,and the trajectory module shows the taxi's travel track.(4)Verification of large-scale real traffic data.This thesis uses real taxi GPS data in Chengdu for this visualization system to verify the correct running of the system,analyze the results of the system,exploring the issue of administrative division setting through inter-regional traffic,and selects some important road segments to explore the problem of traffic congestions according to the actual situation,after which chooses some certain taxis to analyze travel problems and make some suggestions.
