| With the development of modern wireless communication technology, the traditional spectrum analyzer has been unable to cope with the test of the complex high bandwidth, low probability of intercept or real-time signal, therefore, the real-time spectrum analyzer has emerged. The real-time spectrum analyzer generates hundreds of thousands of frames of spectrum data per second,it is key to processes such a large number of data and make real-time data display on the screen at the level perceived by the human eye.To solve the above problems, the digital persistence technology in real-time spectrum analyzer ensures the real-time processing and real-time display of high speed spectrum data. The digital persistence technology includs two parts: spectrogram display technology and probability density persistence spectrum display technology. In spectrogram display, spectrum data is displayed in time dimension, and each spectrum line is the result of the detection of several spectrum data in the scanning time. The thesis introduces the theory of spectrogram display technology, and gives the implementation of spectrogram display based on detector. There are three detectors including positive peak, negative peak, and average detectors, and the module also includes the different scanning time selection function. The probability density persistence spectrum display technology can directly show the probability information and persistence of signal spectrum. The thesis designs the probability density statistical and persistence processing modules. The former generates three-dimensional images with the appropriate refresh rate by using real-time processing and color mapping. In addition,in order to test the intermittent signal, the project also designs persistence display module with the adjustable persistence time. After finishing the simulation of the above modules, then the thesis tests the modules’ function by real-time spectrum analyzer hardware platform and software, and the test results show that the functions of the spectrogram and probability density persistence spectrum module have basically met the requirements. |
