At present,the exploration of microwave solid-state source applications has become more and more mature,but there are still only a few products available for microwave solid-state source-specific input power supplies.This article has done in-depth research on the power module of the microwave solid-state source and completed the system design of the input power.The system has the characteristics of small size,strong pertinence and high efficiency.The main purpose of this paper is to complete the circuit design,simulation design and circuit debugging of the power module due to the input target of the microwave solid-state sourceThe main problem that the power module needs to solve in the circuit design is the calculation of the component parameters in the power loop and how to avoid the permanent damage to the power components due to overshoot when the high voltage and high current change at high frequency.Increasing the RCD snubber circuit can suppress the leakage inductance voltage in the flyback circuit.The parallel diode circuit can short-circuit the inrush current in the PFC circuit.Changing the topology type to use a two-switch forward circuit can force the voltage stress of the switch tube equal to the input voltage,So as to solve the problem of overshoot generated by high voltage high current.For the power module power loop parameter calculation results,using PSIM simulation software to do a number of key nodes of the simulation,determine whether the waveform based on the theoretical power loop is consistent with the simulation results.Thus the correctness of circuit design can be verified.The PCB board fabrication and debugging were finally completed,and the high-power DC voltage can be successfully output,and each power element is guaranteed to work in a safe range.The output indicators meet the requirements of microwave solid-state sources.
