With the rapid development of urban rail transit, more and more metro lines will be overlapped gradually. For transfer design of new station and existing station without reserved transfer conditions, reasonable choice of transfer mode and guarantee of transfer structure safety are the primary missions.Taking transfer between the existing two-story metro station and the newly-built threestory metro station which are vertically intersected for example,a method combining theoretical analysis, passenger flow simulation and finite element numerical analysis is adopted to achieve a reasonable research on transfer mode and construction mechanics characteristics of transfer node project. The research work done in this thesis includes:(1)On the basis of summarizing the transfer modes and passenger flow organizations of domestic and foreign railway transfer stations, layout of human facilities in the new transfer station and control factors of passenger flow organization are simulated and analyzed by passenger flow prediction in order to get the most reasonable transfer scheme.(2)A series of finite element simulation analysis are conducted on holes positions of platform floor and construction sequences of block breaking when the new station transfer channel connects with the existing station floor. The deformation and stress state of the platform floor of the existing railway station are obtained, and reasonable suggestions are put forward.(3)Another numerical analysis is carried out to find out the influence of foundation pit excavation on existing structures. As a result,it’s easy to see the deformation of the existing station structure during the excavation of the foundation pit and the possible uneven settlement of the new foundation pit retaining structure providing references for excavation and support of foundation pit.
