Metro vehicle base is the safety and logistical support of main subway operation,its process which consist of series of orderly production ensure the smooth operation for the main subway and it directly reflects the metro vehicle base on the flow of the various departments in the process of running vehicles resources,equipment and production workers,and the occupation of the resource of production and consumption.Process real-time,intuitive,and unified management automation,the vehicle operation safety,improve the efficiency of the operation of the subway system as a whole,reduce vehicle base management costs,improve the overall automation level of urban rail transit system is of great significance.Metro vehicle base are analyzed in this paper different kinds of process management in operation,precise time requirements and security requirement is high,put forward the synthetical optimization process management and conflict processing,the method of designing and implementing metro vehicle base work flow management system,the system can automatically vehicle base process plan,and real-time monitoring process execution progress,in order to solve a variety of operating plan comprehensive difficult provides a solution,and the system has a process collision detection module,safe and reliable for the metro vehicle base process management control to provide effective security measure.First,metro vehicle base process automatically making problems,the author of this paper,the mathematical programming model is established,and applied to the heuristic algorithm based on rule,least square method and approximate dynamic programming to solve plan integrated model and comparison,the approximate dynamic programming model and algorithm,can quickly solve plan integrated model,and improve the utilization efficiency of subway vehicle base of the whole resources.Second,preventive maintenance plan for metro vehicle base base resource conflicts caused by overflow,this paper designed a kind of vehicle base maintenance conflict compensation algorithm,based on the vehicle status and maintenance plan of repairing and reducing metro vehicle main base resource conflicts at the same time guarantee the operating state of vehicle.In view of design aspect of the system interface,this paper absorb the concept and display style of the technical operation chart of the large iron marshalling station,in order to provide a more accurate and effective management tool for the management of the metro vehicle base,in order to display the progress and status of the operation execution in the operation flow in real time.Lastly,we use c # language to design and realize that management system of the work program of the metro vehicle base,and use the simulation data of metro line 3 of chengdu metro to carry out a lot of test on the comprehensive program model and algorithm of the operation plan of the metro vehicle base,and the results show that the system can quickly and stably generate the operation flow plan of the metro vehicle base,while the system display interface can accurately and rapidly update the execution status of the operation flow,provide an alarm for monitoring the time and space conflict of the plan,and assist in the manual adjustment and determination of the process plan.In general,the interface of operation flow management system in metro vehicle base is simple and intuitive convenient for inquiry operation,which optimizes the allocation of resources within base for metro vehicle base,and provides the operational flow management tool available for reference for improving production efficiency.
