The embedded track for subways are used for the first time in our country.For the safety of the embedded track used in subways,there has not been any theoretical research related to the smoothness and comfort of trains.In order to ensure the healthy development of embedded track for subways in China,it is urgent to carry out in-depth theoretical and experimental studies on embedded rail systems for subways.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and engineering application value to study the dynamic performance of subway trains' embedded track.This paper establishes the coupling dynamics model of embedded track of subway trains,and combines field tests to analyze the safety of embedded track used in subways and validates the accuracy of the models.Based on the coupling model of embedded trains in subway trains,this paper analyzes the stability and comfort of embedded trains and optimizes the parameters of embedded track for subways.This article mainly carried out the following research work:(1)The paper first briefly introduces the research and development of embedded orbits at home and abroad,and clarifies the significance and research direction of the dynamics of embedded orbits for subways.(2)Summarized the relevant standards and indicators applicable to the dynamic performance of the embedded rail structural system for metro applications at home and abroad.(3)Based on the dynamics of multi-rigid bodies,the dynamic model of the embedded track coupled system of subway trains is established.In the model,the train is simplified to a 42-degree-of-freedom multi-rigid body dynamic system,and the six degrees of freedom for the body,the frame,and the wheel pair are considered to be traversing,ups and downs,stretching,rolling,nodding and shaking.The embedded track are as close to the actual situation as possible,the track are simplified Timoshenko beam,and the polymer filling material is simulated with a three-dimensional viscoelastic spring damping element.(4)This paper introduces the dynamic test of the train and the new type of embedded track structure in the embedded track test section of the domestic metro,and combines the dynamics simulation of the embedded track of the train subway to the wheel rail force and derailment coefficient of the embedded track structure for the subway.Wheel load reduction rate,rail dynamic displacement,and rail vertical acceleration were evaluated.The preliminary analysis and evaluation of the dynamic performance of embedded track structures for subways.(5)This paper introduces the dynamic test of the train and the new type of embedded track structure in the embedded track test section of the domestic metro,and combines the dynamics simulation of the embedded track of the train subway to the wheel rail force and derailment coefficient of the embedded track structure for the subway.Wheel load reduction rate,rail dynamic displacement,and rail vertical acceleration were evaluated.The preliminary analysis and evaluation of the dynamic performance of embedded track structures for subways.
