With the rapid development of computer science and technology,the realization of virtual reality becomes easier and easier.The traditional learning methods mainly depend on the book words,pictures,conditions are not allowed on site or within the scope of the smaller Angle of view,it is hard to whole of things,such as details have intuitive feelings.Therefore,a complete visualization 3d training simulation system will be an excellent learning tool for students studying railway related knowledge,especially for traction power supply system.In the past,the development of various 3d training system products has begun to sprout,and there are still many defects.If the model is rough,the details are not in place,the operation,the fault animation is less,the sustainable development is poor.Based on the research and development of these deficiencies,this paper develops a 3d simulation training system for high-speed railway traction network which is relatively complete,easy to operate and sustainable.In this paper,3dsMax is used to create the three-dimensional environment and model of high-speed railway traction network,including the motor vehicle group,ordinary locomotive,railway track and traction network.The traction net consists of the common segment of the contact network,the four-span non-insulated anchor joint(mechanical section),the five-span insulated anchor joint(electrical section),and the seven-span anchor joint(electrical phase).Each section is composed of the following parts,including the positioning of the middle column,the anti-positioning center column,the anchor column,the transfer column,the central column,etc.Its smallest unit includes localizer,hoop,insulator,pendant,etc.After using 3ds Max,mapped the traction network common faults Lumion animation,including the branches touch non-metallic sex(with transitional resistance)caused by short circuit,insulator dirty after the breakdown of short circuit and the bow net out of,under the condition of catenary wire and the electric connection fever burn contact wires,etc.Finally,the animation model in 3dsMax is exported as FBX file,and then the Lumion is imported into the normal video format file to be used,and the static model is exported from 3dsMax to FBX file for use.Finally the above transfer files into Unity 3 d for the construction of the simulation training software,its content includes system introduction,roaming,train simulation run,fault display module for students to reference such as animation,parts.Scene roaming provides parts click function,that is,click on some parts to pop up parts to form text.Train simulation runs show the high-speed railway trains,regular operation,with the third person and pantograph two viewpoints,under this module can also choose different fault button to trigger the corresponding animation.The component display module mainly provides the close display of each sub-module of the traction network,such as the single display of the arm and the anchor joint.The development of 3D training software has strong visibility,function is relatively complete,strong parts detail,animation display,strong operability advantages,the advantages of its sustainable development is strong makes to expand more functions in the future,according to the facts when data monitoring,fault data,troubleshooting,training,etc.This software can be used in the daily class teaching and students class self-study online banking,as a company,enterprise employees of a set of simple auxiliary science curriculum,make the employees to have further understanding of working conditions,equipment.
