When the car operate on the urban road,due to the influence of traffic flow state to frequent starting and braking,thus led to larger energy loss.If the braking energy is effectively recycled,it is of great significance for automobile energy saving.Using flywheel energy storage as a carrier of the braking energy recovery and magnetic gear as design of variable speed drive,can provide a new transmission for vehicle braking energy recovery system technology.Paper on the basis of the analysis of the magnetic gear transmission principle,studies the design method of magnetic gear transmission,derived the expressions of magnetic field intensity around the magnetic gear and the transmission torque,and through the experiment measured the related parameters of the formula,simulation model is established by Ansys finite element software,analysis of the permanent magnet size,air-gap and pole logarithmic the influence of the torque of permanent magnetic gear transmission,the results show that with the radius of permanent magnet and the increase of the thickness,the interaction force between the permanent magnet,with the decrease of the air gap,the interaction force between the permanent magnet,with the increase of magnetic pole logarithm,permanent magnetic gear transmission torque is increased.According to the basic requirements of two stage flywheel energy storage device performance,the designed magnetic gear transmission structural parameters of the flywheel in flywheel energy storage device and determine the flywheel capacity,based on the demand of automobile braking energy recovery simulation experiment to build simulation test bench,and the energy storage characteristic of the magnetic gear transmission experiment was carried out.Through the establishment of automobile brake process model,calculate recycled in the process of automobile braking energy.The research results show that the proposed magnetic gear type flywheel energy storage device is feasible,can provide theoretical guidance for braking energy recycling equipment design and the technology foundation.
