In present thesis,there are three aspects including the organic working fluid selection,low temperature waste heat utilization of organic Rankine cycle power generation system experiment and system optimization of the available thermodynamic potential expansion.The new refrigerant R1233zd-E,SES36 R245 fa,R123 and conventional refrigerants are compared and analyzed in four aspects including thermal efficiency,net work,circulation irreversible loss,available potential,below the critical temperature,R123 is the best medium,and other refrigerants are in the order of R1233zd-E>R245fa>ses36.Taking into account the safety and environmental protection aspects of the optimal performance of R1233zd-E,the equipment cost SES36 is the optimal.By Comprehensive consideration,R1233zd-E is the first choice to replace R245 fa and R123,SES36.Experimental study on low temperature waste heat of organic Rankine cycle system made in detail,the experimental principle,experimental purpose,experimental scheme and experimental system are introduced.In winter the system's highest amount of power is 1400 W.And from five aspects: the refrigerant pump frequency,heating temperature and ambient temperature,superheat,energy system analysis and system analysis to analyze the entransy found the output performance of the system with the increase of refrigerant pump frequency and change and the results of the experiment;heat source temperature is high,the output power and the thermal efficiency of the system will be more high energy loss,and it will be increased;the lower the temperature is,the better the performance of the output of the system;with the increase of superheat degree,the output power and thermal efficiency decrease;entransy dissipation and energy loss is the same,the lower the temperature,the entransy dissipation and energy loss is bigger,the evaporator of entransy dissipation is mainly in the preheating section and the entransy dissipation is mainly in the condensation section.The concept of available potential are introduced,and will be available for potential specific case analysis of refrigerant and heat carrier water were analyzed by potential chart,gives a reference point,then find the corresponding potential available.Finally,the available potential of organic Rankine cycle experiments of water and refrigerant are analyzed,including the condenser,the evaporator,and the expander.The results show that the condensing section of the condenser,the evaporator preheating section of available potential loss is the largest,and the available potential loss in the expansion machine is the biggest.
