Application And Research Of High Performance Hydrogenation Transformer Oil In Dongguan Bureau

At present in the choice of power transformer oil,cycloalkyl-based transformer oil has been widely used for excellent performance.However,the data show that the total reserves of naphthenic crude oil in less than 3%,in short supply,it is urgent to study the performance and cycloalkyl-based oil equivalent transformer oil.This paper is based on the high performance hydrogenation base oil which is produced by the three-stage hydrogenation process.The physical and chemical properties are closely related to its production process and molecular composition.The results show that the electrical properties,flash point,kinematic viscosity,density,freezing point,dielectric constant,and so on of high performance hydrogenation transformer oil are studied in this paper.Pouring point and other physical properties,acid value,sulfur content,oxidation stability and other chemical properties and hydrocarbon composition.Secondly,on the basis of comprehensively evaluating the performance of high performance hydrogenation transformer oil,in order to better verify the feasibility of its application,the power of the high performance hydrogenation transformer oil was carried out on the 110 kV white horse station # 3 main transformer of Dongguan Power Supply Bureau Run,and the transformer for a regular follow-up analysis.The electrical properties of the transformer,such as the physical and chemical properties,the electrical performance difference,and the electrical performance of the transformer with the high performance hydrogenation transformer oil after the operation of the high performance hydrogenation transformer oil and the naphthenic oil transformer were analyzed.The conclusion of the paper concludes that the high performance hydrogenation transformer oil transformer can sustain the load at high voltage level,safe and reliable operation,and characterize the electrical and physical and chemical properties of high performance hydrogenation transformer oil.Dielectric loss factor,volume fraction,interfacial tension,and also superior to cycloalkyl transformer...
