In the medical field,more and more sample tests need to be completed in the laboratory.Are accompanied by the poisonous and harmful pollutants in most of the experimental test,in order to effectively avoid the harm of these pollutants discharged in laboratory,the laboratory staff's health,design a suitable ventilation system is particularly important;at the same time,the laboratory is used in new wind operation mode,greatly increases the energy consumption of the laboratory;how to in reducing energy consumption under the condition of laboratory can ensure the indoor environment safety is particularly important.This paper takes a project in the laboratory as the research object,firstly establishing the mathematical model of the laboratory,and the rationality of measured data validation of laboratory model;then has certain reliability in the model,using the FLUENT software simulation laboratory in different locations and different air inlet air supplement volume,impact on the indoor air flow organization.Then,the energy consumption of the ventilation cabinet under different running sequence is calculated and analyzed in operation and management,and a running idea is put forward.Finally,the energy consumption and initial investment of the constant air volume system and VAV system are compared and analyzed.The results showed that:(1)the supplementary air volume in the laboratory can guarantee a better air distribution environment and reduce the energy consumption of fresh air when the exhaust air volume is 70%.(2)the opening mode of the lowest energy consumption of the ventilation cabinet is related to the resistance of the pipeline,and the ventilation cabinet with the largest resistance loop in the system should be preferentially opened.(3)under the condition that the opening ratio of the ventilation cabinet is less than the system proportion,the difference of the energy consumption of the ventilation cabinet in different positions is more obvious.The operation effects and energy saving of the application of this research in the domain of Biological Island headquarters building engineering design has been the use of affirmative,and won the 2017 annual Guangdong Province excellent project survey and design of building environment and equipment special prize.
