This article mainly focuses on the mature fan coil products in the central air-conditioning terminal products in the air conditioning room,the quality and performance of the product directly affect the noise level and comfort level in the room.Fan coil unit is mainly composed of centrifugal fan,motor,coil,drain pan,filter net,return air box and so on.Fan coil unit is the single biggest selling products of our country,the noise performance of fan coil installed in the room directly affects the user's experience,the noise about the research of multi blade centrifugal fan is particularly important,its performance directly determines the quality.In order to study how to reduce the fan coil noise on the basis of the minimum cost,This article is selected YGFC06 as the research object,the P-Q curve was tested before the improvement of blower;through the experimental results to determine the improve CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)simulation model in the unsteady calculation;set up for the improved reference;through the CFD simulation model of direct calculation of fan P-Q curve results improved,verified the accuracy of CFD simulation results.This article introduces the centrifugal fan CFD simulation model of grid model,the calculation process and results analysis,the optimization calculation of spiral case of centrifugal fan with fan and CFD,which improve the internal flow field to send forward the direction of optimization analysis,leaf type and angle on the next step of the impeller.According to the theory of CFD simulation analysis results,the optimization design of volute model,the centrifugal fan before and after optimization installation volume and static pressure test on the same YGFC06 fan coil unit,write down the corresponding speed,then the air and noise experiment at the same speed,temperature,and atmosphere under pressure.The test results show that the optimized unit has a higher air volume and a lower noise at the same speed.According to the experimental results,the optimized multi blade centrifugal fan can effectively improve the air volume performance and reduce the noise of the unit,thus improving the competitiveness of the product.
