In the trend of automation and informatization of industrial production,flowmeter has attracted more and more attention and attention,and it puts forward higher requirements for the calibration efficiency and accuracy of the flowmeter.In order to reduce the counting error and realize the multi-channel synchronous asynchronous pulse signal measurement with high precision,this paper is entitled "Research And Application of Pulse Synchronization Error Compensation Method for Multi-channel Flowmeter",researching on flowmeter system framework,analysing the measurement error,putting forward pulse compensation technology which is based on ANF pulse phase tracking and pulse compensation technique that is based on estimate time measurement and cycle,and the applied simulation and experiment of them.The purpose of this paper is to promote the development of flowmeter detection and improve the efficiency and accuracy of flowmeter flow measurement,which has important academic value and practical significance.The project is supported by Guangdong science and technology plan project(2016A040403044)and Guangzhou Quality Supervision Bureau Science and technology project(2015kj35).This paper design the flowmeter system architecture,realize the pulse compensation technique that is based on estimate time measurement and cycle and the pulse compensation technology which is based on ANF pulse phase tracking and verifying the effectiveness of the two algorithms by experiments.The main contents of this paper are following:? Putting forward the system framework of flowmeter,researching the working mechanism and process of multi-channel flowmeter,analysing all the multi-channel flowmeter calibration error and finding out pulse counting error is the most influential,putting forward two kinds of multi-channel flowmeter pulse synchronization error compensation method for different scenarios which include online and offline,then researching and analysing the key technology of them.? From the theory of offline compensation and the time difference into the number of periods compensation pulse,proposed a pulse counting compensation method which is based on estimating the time measurement and period estimation of pulse,analysing of the synchronization error compensation principle,research the offline pulse counting compensation algorithm for 2-channel and n-channel flowmeter,in the Microsoft Visual Studio simulation test,after the compensation pulse counting error is less than 0.044 pulses,the effect is good.? Based on the characteristics of LANF and MANF adaptive notch filter,we design a cascaded adaptive filter(CANF),analysing of the tracking principle of pulse signal,build up the mathematic model and the research of multi station flowmeter based on the phase tracking compensation algorithm CANF.In the simulation test by Simulink,after the compensation pulse counting error is less than 0.042 pulses,the effect is good.? Structuring a standard device platform of 2-channel flowmeter,then embedding the offline pulse counting compensation algorithm which is based on time difference and the online pulse counting compensation algorithm which is based on the ANF and phase tracking separately in order to achieve the engineering application of them,the test show that the compensation after the counting error is less than 0.042 pulses so it improves the precision of flow measurement and meet engineering requirements.
