Lancang River Bridge is the new Dali to Ruili Railway Dabu section of the control node project,the main span of 342 meters on the bearing-type reinforced skeleton reinforced concrete basket arch bridge.Bridge across the Lancang River,located in the terrain of China’s most complex cross-section of the western part of the bridge,near the bridge site near the slope of the mountain slope of more than 80 degrees,local or even upright,the construction site cross-strait traffic inconvenience,narrow construction site,construction facilities layout difficulties,The wind speed in the canyon is more than 26 m / s,and the annual monsoon time is more than half.The bridge is more than 270 meters from the river.It is one of the highest railway safety bridges in China.Due to no precedent to follow the bridge according to the actual construction environment,temperature,geographical characteristics and other comprehensive factors,to take the second vertical construction program,the second vertical turn has the following three characteristics:(1)Lancang River Bridge is the world’s first use of "second vertical turn" construction of the bridge;(2)It is the world’s largest weight of the bridge(2500 tons),the weight of the equivalent of 50 full load the weight of the train skins;(3)the second vertical angle and the sum of the world’s most.In this paper,the Lancang River Bridge steel pipe arch ribs secondary vertical construction program design,the main work are:(1)According to the structure of the bridge and the terrain,meteorology and geology,the overall construction plan of the Lancang River Bridge,the relevant construction of the swivel support,the second vertical construction and the control system and equipment configuration are designed.(2)The finite element model of the bridge construction process is established,and several typical working conditions are simulated.The results show that the construction plan of the second vertical turning is safe and reliable,and its maximum stress is 200 Mpa.At the same time that the middle hinge is the key to the second turn.Especially under the influence of lateral wind power,the need to increase the truss at the cross bar and horizontal wind resistance device;(3)detailed design of the front,related components,equipment inspection,testrotor,and secondary swivel construction procedures,process flow,climate and environmental conditions;(4)detailed calculation of construction investment resources;(5)to ensure the secondary vertical turn of the construction quality,safety,environmental control measures to elaborate.
