In our country,long span continuous rigid frame bridges are widely used in mountain and plateau gully region.Due to the complexity of the construction of this type of bridge,its construction control is indispensable.At present,although the construction control of continuous rigid frame bridge can play a certain role of control and regulation,its construction control work is comparatively rough,and the national standards for the quality of bridge construction become more and more strict.Therefore,the accuracy of continuous rigid frame bridge construction control couldn't meet obviously its requirements.Based on the previous research on the construction control of continuous rigid frame bridge,and the refinement of the calculation and monitoring,a refined construction control system of continuous rigid frame bridge is set up.The main contents of this thesis are as followed:(1)The current states and progress of construction control technology of continuous rigid bridges are outlined,and the research goal and main content of this thesis are presented(2)The refined construction control theory system of long span continuous rigid frame bridge is established.Based on the construction control's purposes,tasks,methods and influencing factors of continuous rigid frame bridge,the theory of construction control is summarized,and the database of fine construction control of continuous rigid frame bridge is formulated in detailed block diagram.(3)A method of refined calculation of continuous rigid frame bridge construction control is presented.The general finite element calculation software of bridge is used to simulate and analyze the construction process of continuous rigid frame bridge.The influence parameters such as longitudinal gradient,pile foundation,temperature effect,temporary load and structural rigidity on the calculation model are studied to make the calculation model and the actual structure become closer.(4)The method of refined construction monitoring of continuous rigid frame bridge is presented.The monitoring of the flange plate's elevation is added;more test points in the main beam 1/4L section,3/4L section and other key stress section are added;the monitoring of two states before concrete pouring and prestress tensing are added(5)The refined construction control system of continuous rigid frame bridge has been applied successfully to the construction control of Jinjiang Bridge from Renhua to Boluo Highway(TJ3 Section)in Guangdong Province.The results show that the main beam internal forces and structural deformation of the bridge are well controlled and the expected goal is achieved.
