| Wind tunnel balance is the most important measuring device in wind tunnel experiment.In solving the contradiction between the overall stiffness of the balance and the measurement sensitivity,the traditional design method of the wind tunnel balance is highcost and long-cycle.So it is needed to explore new design methods to improve the measurement accuracy in the case of ensuring the structural stiffness.In this paper,by studying the working principle of the balance,design a kind of six component strain balance,and then use the finite element analysis software Ansys to simulate and analyze the balance.Meanwhile,a numerical simulation software is developed based on the agent model.Through this software,the results of simulation analysis are constructed as agent model,and the optimal size is solved quickly.With the optimal size designing balance,the re-constructed balance is simulated and verified.By combining the finite element analysis with the agent model,the optimal design of the balance is realized in the condition of satisfying the requirement of stiffness and sensitivity. |
