Plateau area accounted for about 37% of the land area in our country,diesel engine used for plateau area has a broad market.This paper expounds the recently developing situation and the main technical method of diesel engine in our country,and points out the problems existing in the plateau diesel engine performance.Method and measures was proposed to solve the power recovery problem of the plateau turbocharged diesel engine in this paper.In this paper research was carried out for the power recovery problem of turbocharged diesel engine in plateau area.First,experiments was done to test the plain and plateau performance of the original supercharged diesel engine.The original machine appeared surge at low engine speed and overspeed at high engine speed.The rated power can only reach 60% of the original machine power at 4500 m.To solve these problems,by the way of adopting the combination of simulation analysis and test methods,GT-power one dimensional simulation model is established,and the model was checked according to the test data.On the basis of this model,simulation and performance was done to predict the performance of the plateau.The compression ratio,fuel delivery advance Angle,the supercharger for different scheme were optimized and these schemes was validated through experiments.Based on the principles of the two-stage turbocharger plateau matching and plain deflated the matching,this paper proposed a two-stage turbocharging with flue gas bypass valve matching scheme.Two stage supercharger can effectively increase the air flow through experiment test.By lowering the compression ratio effectively resolves the problem of combustion pressure high plains.By increasing the fuel delivery advance Angle advance Angle change after the problem of insufficient power.Ultimately,This two stage boosting scheme was determined to meets the performance requirements.
